Stakeholder Analysis matrix

I had no idea what a stakeholder analysis matrix or register was. What do we all do when we don't know something?? We turn to Google.

I spent a few minutes on google reading about what a stakeholder analysis matrix and register is, looked through a few examples and suddenly it all made sense and I fully understood what it was about and how to compile a stakeholder analysis matrix and register. I also realized what an important tool it is in project management that helps analyse stakeholders, rank their importance and involvement in a project.
